[Podcast]: Exciting Announcement! The Umm Fariha Network launches new podcast called: The Resilient Woman

It’s been one of those weeks! Hectic, busy, so much to do….but I was determined to make it a good week…

Last week was tough…and frankly, I gave up! I spent the whole of last Friday in bed sleeping then binge watching Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix… I felt like crap afterwards and beat myself up about it the entire weekend..

I was determined for this week to be different, I had a mountain of stuff to do from work to the launch of our new show #AllahamdulillahItsJummah @HalTv Africa (which went live this afternoon), to application deadlines and everyday family commitments. On top of all this, I got a call on Wednesday night from @nestle to help them organise a focus group with 20 Muslim women for Friday (less than 48 hours).

I took a deep breath, rolled up my sleeves and made it happen, even with the milllion things on my to do list.

Today was truly awesome and i just couldn’t wait to share the strategy I used to shift from a place of overwhelm to a place of grace and strength..
So… as this new Zahra does… I picked up my phone this evening and recorded the 1st episode of my podcast…. no fancy software, no planning, no perfecting….. just a full heart and a message I couldn’t wait a second longer to share.

You can listen to the podcast here. Also available on Spotify & Apple Podcast. I also recorded a two-minutes summary of the podcats on YouTube.

  1. I like the comprehensive information you provide in your blog. The topic is kinda complex but I’d have to say you nailed it! Look into my page QN6 for content about Online Business.
